Returns

Please contact us for any return questions at sales@toastytrails.com.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unworn/unused condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, please contact sales@toastytrails.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Defective or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we may evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on special orders or personalized items. We do not accept returns for garments that have been altered, worn, or used. We do not accept returns for items that are incomplete.  If your vest came with a battery, cable and charging block, all items must be enclosed for your return to be accepted.  Please ensure all components are enclosed when shipping your return.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items being returned outside the 30-day return window, that are being returned because of a not needed or wanted reason, will be shipped at buyers expense and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is to start the return process for the item you wish to return, and once your return item has been accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.  Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
We will contact you once your return has been received to advise if your return has been approved.  Once approved, a credit will be issued via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at sales@toastytrails.com .  Purchases and credits from www.toastytrails.com will be listed on your credit card statement as 3E Workwear Inc.
